Processing Times
All orders are carefully prepared and packaged by KRIZEA. Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days of being placed.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information where available.
UK Delivery
We currently offer delivery within the United Kingdom.
Standard Delivery: 2–4 working days
Delivery fee: £4
Express Delivery: 1-2 working days
Delivery fee: £10
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods, weekends and public holidays.
International Delivery
International delivery may be available to selected destinations. Delivery times and shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or other charges that may apply to international orders.
Tracking
Where a tracked delivery service is used, your tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order. KRIZEA cannot be held responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
Delayed or Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at hello@krizeaeyewear.com with your order number and we will be happy to assist.
